These terms and conditions govern the use of the UTAU Voicebank SCATLOID VCV provided by MMDLOID. By downloading, installing, or using the Voicebank, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Voicebank.

Intellectual Property Rights:
a. The Voicebank and any accompanying documentation or files are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the Voicebank belong to the Provider.
b. You may use the Voicebank solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, sell works of the Voicebank without the explicit permission of the Provider.

Permitted Use:
a. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Voicebank for creating and distributing vocal performances in the context of UTAU software.
b. You may use the Voicebank to create and distribute songs, covers, remixes, and other creative works as long as they comply with these Terms.

Restrictions:
a. You may not use the Voicebank for any unlawful, offensive, or harmful purposes.
b. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Voicebank.
c. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Voicebank.
d. You may not use render or sample to make or convert this voicebank to any other software or AI.

Responsibility:
a. You are responsible for your use of the Voicebank and any content created using it.
b. The Provider is not responsible for any damage, loss, or harm arising from your use of the Voicebank or any third-party software or services associated with it.
c. You must credit VictoryP, MMDLOID and YawningBear upon publishing any work made Using SCATLOID VCV

Termination:
a. The Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Voicebank at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
b. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Voicebank and destroy any copies you have made.

Modifications:
a. The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Voicebank after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
